From the first day my mother found out she was pregnant with me, she&#8217;s been a single mother. A single mother who played both roles of mother and father trying to raise me up right. Where was my father!? Growing up, we never spoke about him. Never knew the exact truth/reason why he wasn&#8217;t in the picture. A fatherless child. I wanted to know the reason why but hoping one day she&#8217;ll tell me herself. So for now, I only assumed my father left my mother for another woman. Being fatherless and just being used to &#8216;me and my mother only&#8217;, I didn&#8217;t like the idea of my mother dating 😒😒 the idea was so uncomfortable for me. Being a little girl, i had that hope that maybe just maybe my dad would appear in my life and be with my mom.
